1. What type of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept credit or debit card payments by Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, or PayPal payments. International customers are required to pay via Money order, wire transfer or PayPal. No credit/debit card payments will be accepted from international customers. Money orders should be made payable to Best Hair World Inc and mailed to address:

International customers who decide to send Money Orders, please make them payable in US currency.
Customer's order will be shipped only when full payment is received.

2. Do you ship the same day?

If your order was placed before 4 pm EST (Mon-Fri) and your selected method of shipping is FEDEX, your order will be shipped out the same day. Does not apply on US National holidays.
Same day shipping is not applicable to international orders. We will wait to receive the full payment before we ship products.

3. How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?

If your selected shipping method is USPS, you will receive e-mail notification from USPS services with your delivery confirmation number immediately after your order has shipped out.
If your selected shipping method is FedEx, you may e-mail customerservice@besthairworld.com to obtain your tracking number.


4. How long does it take to deliver to my address?

Please refer to guidelines in the  Shipping Info section.

5. Can I request a refund, store credit or exchange?

Yes. Please refer to the guidelines in the  Retun Policy section.

6. Do you take phone, e-mail, fax, or snail mail orders?

Because of large volume of orders we no longer take orders via phone. However, if you are new to internet orders, you may contact Customer Service at 201-964-0052 (between 9am-6pm EST, M-F) for assistance.

7. I am having troubles placing an order or finding an item. What do I do?

You may reach a customer service representative at 201-964-0052 between 9am and 6pm (Mon-Fri) except on major holidays, or you can e-mail customerservice@besthairworld.com

8. Where do you ship from?

We ship from NJ, USA.

9. I try to place an order but everytime it is cancelled and there is no confirmation of placing my order. Why is that?

Most probably the credit/debit card information you entered was not veriefied by Authorize.net
You need to check if you entered the correct billing address for your card and the correct CVV2 number of your card.
The CVV2 number for Visa, Discover and Mastercard is located on the back of the card (last three digits).
If you are still having problems placing your order, contact your credit card company to verify your billing address or contact customerservice@besthairworld.com

10. How do I make sure my order was placed?

After successful placing of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number.

11. What do I do if I need to return or exchange an item?

You need to contact customerservice@besthairworld.com within 7 days of delivery of the item you would like to return. This way you will obtain Return Merchandize Authorization and Return Form.

12. Do I need a beauty licence or a business account to purchase?

No.

13. Do you have wholesale prices?

No. However bulk orders from hair salons qualify for 10% discounts.

14. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if your order has not been already shipped. If you would like to cancel or change your order contact customerservice@besthairworld.com as soon as possible.

15. Where do I enter my coupon code?

You enter it in the coupon field which is located on "View my cart" page, just before "Proceed with order".

16. Can I buy gift certificates?

Yes. The gift certificate is located under New Items page.

17. When do charge my credit card?

Your credit card is charged only at shipping.  At the time you place an order online, you authorize the charge and your bank/credit card company puts that money on hold. If Best hair World does not have the item in stcok, it does not issue a charge but voids the transaction and it usually takes a couple of business days for the amount to be released from your bank/credit card company.

18. Can you ship to different than my billing address?

Yes, we can under certain conditions.
If your payment was made through  Wire Transfer or Money Order we have no problem shipping your merchandise to a different address.
If your payment was made through PayPal we will only ship to your PayPal confirmed shipping address.
If your payment was made through debit/credit card, we require proof of billing address before we send merchandise to a different shipping address.
We take great safety measures when shipping orders to a different shipping address due to back charges in the past.
Our top priority is to prevent fraud to our customers and our business.

19. Do you have paper catalog?

No. Currently, we offer item listings on our website only.
