DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders between $70 and $300 shipped within select regions of the Eastern and Central United States. Orders shipping to Western regions are excluded from this promotion.
- Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only. Transit times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, are generally processed the same business day. Orders submitted after the cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
- To ensure product authenticity and freshness, certain brands are shipped directly from manufacturer inventory rather than being stocked in our warehouse. As a result, some orders may require additional processing time beyond our standard 1–2 business day timeframe. All products sold by Best Hair World are guaranteed to be brand new.
- Inventory availability is based on the latest information provided by our manufacturers and suppliers. Due to fluctuating stock levels and shared distribution networks, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. - Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from our primary distribution facility in New Jersey, USA.
Please Note: Bulk braiding hair orders weighing 10 lbs. or more may incur additional shipping charges. Free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk orders. Best Hair World does not ship to P.O. Boxes under free shipping offers.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
International transit times displayed at checkout are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Shipments may be delayed by customs inspections, import procedures, local postal services, government regulations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of Best Hair World's control. Once a package arrives in the destination country, delivery timelines are subject to local carrier and customs processing requirements.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected at checkout and must be paid by the recipient when required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery estimates may vary based on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and geographic location.
- Additional delays may occur for shipments destined for islands, remote areas, military addresses, or regions with limited transportation infrastructure.
- International packages may be inspected by customs authorities in the destination country.
- Product packaging may occasionally be modified or consolidated to comply with carrier weight and size restrictions.
- Best Hair World is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies, postal authorities, government actions, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package has not arrived within 45 days from the shipment date, please contact hello@besthairworld.com so that we may assist with an investigation.
PACKAGE SECURITY
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when delivered. Best Hair World is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
