How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs vary by location and the method of shipping selected. We offer shipping service such as USPS Priority/Express Mail, UPS Ground/Next Day Air/2nd Day Air. Orders are shipped from New Jersey, USA.

International Customers: Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the customer. Exchanges or updates on orders are subject to additional shipping fees.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Order processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM-5PM EST. In cases, where an item is unavailable to ship the same day, the remaining/available items will be shipped. Customer will be informed and offered choice to put the rest on backorder or get a refund. In the event of a back order, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

An order cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has already been processed at the warehouse. You may contact us at hello@besthairworld.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, although not guaranteed. If the order has been processed and shipped and If a customer no longer needs the product(s), she/he can refuse the package on its delivery day (Refuse the package). Customer will be refunded the total minus the shipping fee paid by BHW.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder)

How long will it take to delivery my order?

Order delivery depends on the shipping service chosen while at the checkout. By default, you may expect your order to be delivered in 3-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be delivered in roughly 15-20 business days; however, timing will vary depending on your location. It is the customer's responsibility to track and follow up with the local post office once the shipment has entered the country. At times for international shipping the products may be repackaged to avoid additional cost for international customers.
