WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP!
We are pleased to accommodate returns within 21 days from delivery date on all products that are in its original packaging and have not been worn or tampered with for a full refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Eligible orders may be cancelled through your customer account within 1 hour of placing the order. Because orders are often processed and prepared for shipment shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests submitted after the 1-hour window cannot be guaranteed.
If you need assistance with a cancellation request after the 1-hour period has passed, please contact hello@besthair.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it may no longer qualify for cancellation.
1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Step 1: Initiate your return request through your customer account within 21 days of receiving your order. If you require assistance or are unable to submit a request through your account, please contact hello@besthair.com with your order number.
Step 2: Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item(s). If a Return Form is provided, it must be completed and included with the return shipment.
Step 3: Securely package all merchandise and send it to the address provided in your return instructions. Approved returns must be received by Best Hair World within 30 days of the delivery date.
Attention! Human hair products are considered a hygienic product with strict shipping regulations. Worn/used items will be not be processed for a refund and will be discarded.
2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You may return products within 21 days from the delivery date.
Exception: No returns or exchanges on final/clearance/promo sale items.
Please package all returned merchandise securely to help prevent damage during transit. All approved returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. Returns received in damaged, opened, worn, altered, tampered with, or incomplete condition may be subject to additional deductions of up to 75% of the item's value or may be rejected.
Refunds typically take 5 - 7 business days
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, customer is solely responsible for return shipping label cost. You may purchase shipping label at local Post Office or from UPS/FEDEX. Please make sure to keep the tracking number until we verify the package has been delivered to us.
For your convenience, you can also request return shipping label from us. The shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns typically processed within 5-7 business days from the day returned items received at our office. Payment refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institutions, it may take additional 2-3 business days to show up on your balance.
